Vehicle Groups
RideSuite works equally well with all types of fleet, but is especially well-adapted to mixed-fleet configurations. Business managers can group vehicles by type and notional capacity for sales and marketing purposes, while giving dispatchers the freedom to assign rides according to client-specific guidelines. Size Group your vehicles as cars, minivans, minibuses, mini coaches and coaches. Class Group your vehicles as economy, select, premium and luxury.

RideSuite for Drivers
Drivers are the bedrock of the ground transport industry. The driver is the only person a customer meets, so their professionalism and performance reflects, not just on the transport service provider, but those further down the supplier chain. The RideSuite Driver App provides all the essential information they need to perform a ride. Their location is visible to the office-based team, to the agency you work with and their agency too! Passengers using apps powered by RideSuite can see the driver's location and direct-message them. Upgrade to a RideSuite Pro subscription to unlock advanced features in the driver app, such as real-time flight status alerts about current jobs.
How can we help?
You are charged according to the number of staff and drivers who are using the platform, so you might wish to add a few at first and the rest later. We recommend adding key staff and trusted drivers who are familiar with using driver apps. You can then add more drivers as you push more bookings through the platform. Scheduling will be easier and more efficient once you’ve added all your drivers to RideSuite.
RideSuite is billed per user per month, with discounts for annual plans. Please see our pricing page for details of available plans.
Using RideHQ, a ride can be directly assigned, at any time, to any one of your drivers. As last minute bookings affect scheduling decisions, RideSchedule is designed to help you bulk schedule rides up to three days in advance. Most customers prefer to prepare their schedule the evening before each day.
RideSchedule allows you to create weekly recurring shift patterns, custom shift plans for the weeks ahead and adjust daily shifts as necessary. Shifts acts as guide rules within the scheduler, helping you to respect agreed working hours. RideSchedule displays the journey time to a drivers first collection and the trip back to the depot or their home if applicable.
