In this series we’ve been exploring how travel and mobility (ground transportation) partners can use the RideSuite B2B platform to ensure seamless fulfilment of in-destination transport services.
Our RideReact application is a key piece of that jigsaw puzzle.
RideSuite’s multitenant platform architecture allows us to easily share ride data with every stakeholder in the fulfilment supply chain. That might be a travel agency, tour operator, hotel, airport transfer specialist or a destination management company. Then of course there is the transport service provider and perhaps a subcontractor too.
RideReact provides each stakeholder with a filtered view of all their transport services happening right now – anywhere in the world. If a fleet subcontracts a ride, the fleet manager will see the subcontractor car plus their own. If these rides were booked via a travel intermediary, they’ll see the live status and location too. We can even share the driver, vehicle, status and location data with travellers via SMS, or a mobile SDK within the passenger app of a travel brand.
The travel < > mobility supply chain is now truly connected. All of this is provided on a white label basis, meaning RideSuite is invisible to end users. Consumers use ride-hailing apps at home and they love the experience, now they can get app-enabled rides via trusted travel brands, fulfilled by expert in-destination drivers.
